New Acquisitions

My monthly fabric and yarn clubs have arrived. I might be pausing these for a few months. I love receiving the new beauties each month but after cleaning/organizing the crafting space I have so many fabrics, etc I need to work on before I bring in more new.

Patterns for Pirates has a fabric club. They send 2 yards of a knit fabric and sewing notion each month. The price is very reasonable and so far the notions have been fantastic.

June is this delightful cherries on black cotton lyrca. The sewing notion is a reusable cleaner to help you reach all the dust bunnies in your sewing machine. When you sew you not only create lovely objects but also lint and dust bunnies. I have just been using cotton swabs but this should be even better.

The June Yarnable had a cactus theme. The little can is a container of wet wipes. The larger cactus is a lip balm and the smaller cactus is a straw cover. I never knew I needed one of these until it arrived. It fits perfectly on my water cup at home that has a straw. The yarn of course is also stunning.
