Peach Pork Tenderloins

As I mentioned earlier I have been able to source delicious peaches recently. I used some of the pork loin I purchased last month to make a delicious dinner. I have made this dish a few times in the summer and it always turns out wonderful - Peachy Pork Tenderloins.

To make all dinner guests happy I always serve sauces on the side. I did not have any peach preserves when I made this so just used apricot jelly I canned in a prior adventure. I did pound the tenderloins just a little bit before frying. It was a quick easy dinner that did not heat up the kitchen.
